Job Title: Supermarket Team MemberLocation: RiyadhCompany: Viva SupermarketsWorking Days: 6 Days per weekMonthly Salary: 3000 SAR (including accommodation and transportation) Position Objective:The job holder will be responsible for replenishment, quality check, cleaning and working on the checkout. With your attitude of hand-on-mentality, willingness to learn and hardworking your aim is always providing our FRESHER-CHEAPER-BETTER products to our customers.Key Responsibilities:Stock Management &amp; Merchandising<ul><li>Ensure all products are displayed in line with planogram standards, correct pricing, and promotional flagging.</li><li>Maintain proper stock rotation and follow FIFO (First-In, First-Out) processes.</li><li>Comply with daily expiry checks and ensure expired items are removed promptly.</li><li>Comply with the store&rsquo;s write-off policy by accurately identifying, documenting, and segregating damaged or expired products.</li><li>Assist in product ordering by monitoring stock levels, reporting low or out-of-stock items, and ensuring timely replenishment as per store requirements.</li></ul>Sales Contribution<ul><li>Actively contributes to achieving store sales targets through upselling and cross-selling.</li><li>Stay informed about store promotions, new products, and sales goals.</li></ul>POS &amp; Cash Handling<ul><li>Check and ensure all POS (Point of Sale) machines are in excellent working condition.</li><li>Count the float at the start of the shift to ensure accurate till accounting. Operate the till efficiently, handle cash accurately, and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.</li></ul>Store Operations &amp; Cleanliness<ul><li>Always maintain the highest standards of hygiene across the store.</li><li>Participate in cleaning duties, ensuring the premises are clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.</li><li>Handle multiple tasks efficiently, including stocking, cashiering, and cleaning.</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Provide accurate and up-to-date product information to customers.</li><li>Deliver exceptional service and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.</li><li>Understand and effectively implement the store&rsquo;s return and exchange policy.</li><li>Demonstrate initiative in solving customer concerns or queries.</li></ul>About VIVA:VIVA is a food discounter retail chain under Landmark Group, launched in 2018 as the region&rsquo;s first &ldquo;Food Discounter&rdquo; concept.
