<ul><li>Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviews.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to facilitate the interview process.</li><li>Maintain and update recruitment databases, applicant tracking systems, and employee records.</li><li>Support HR operations, including onboarding, employee engagement activities, and documentation.</li><li>Assist in processing employee requests related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll queries.</li><li>Handle general administrative tasks such as preparing reports, managing emails, and organizing HR files.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and HR best practices.</li><li>Perform any other HR-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.</li></ul>Knowledge, Skills &amp; Ability: <ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Good organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at least Basic knowledge.</li><li>Knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes is a plus.</li><li>Female required.</li></ul>Qualification: Bachelor's or Master&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.Job Type: Contract Contract length: 6 monthsPay: Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
