Experienced Painter &ndash; Vivid Accent Painting Co.Location: Palm Springs, CA Pay: $25.00 &ndash; $35.00 per hour (based on experience and skill) Job Type: Temporary / Full-time Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day shift(occasional weekends as needed)OverviewVivid Accent Painting Co. is looking for an experienced painter who takes pride in producing clean, consistent, and high-quality work. The right candidate will be dependable, skilled in various application methods, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. We focus on quality, safety, and professionalism on every job. Applicants should be able to communicate clearly, follow direction, and maintain a positive and respectful work environmentResponsibilities<ul><li>Perform interior and exterior painting using brushes, rollers, and sprayers</li><li>Prepare surfaces by patching, sanding, priming, caulking, and masking</li><li>Complete drywall repair, texture work, and cabinet painting when needed</li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site</li><li>Follow OSHA and Cal/OSHA safety requirements, including proper PPE use</li><li>Work at heights using ladders or scaffolding and lift materials up to 100 lbs</li><li>Work effectively with supervisors, coworkers, and other trades</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Minimum 5 years of professional painting experience</li><li>Strong skills with brush, roller, and spray application</li><li>Experience with cabinet painting or staining is a plus</li><li>Able to work well as part of a team and follow direction</li><li>Reliable transportation to job sites</li><li>Comfortable working at heights and performing physical labor</li><li>Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass E-Verify</li><li>Interview required; skill test may be requested</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>$25.00 &ndash; $35.00 hourly rate, depending on experience</li><li>Training and support for skill development</li><li>Variety of work sites and project types</li></ul>How to ApplyIf you&rsquo;re a reliable, skilled painter who values teamwork and quality workmanship, we want to hear from you.
