HR &amp; Recruiting Coordinator (US Operations Support)Work Location- Wadala West, Mumbai (India)Working Hours6:00 pm to 3:30 am Night Shift in IndiaAbout UsWe are a growing U.S.-based company seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR &amp; Recruiting Coordinator to support our Human Resources and recruiting functions. This role will work closely with our U.S.-based HR team and hiring managers to help manage recruiting activities, onboarding, employee administration, and HR operations.The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, highly organized, and comfortable working directly with U.S.-based employees and managers.Key ResponsibilitiesRecruiting Support<ul><li>Support recruitment for hourly, salaried, and supervisory roles by reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and assisting with hiring administration.</li><li>Create and post job advertisements on company websites, job boards, social media platforms, and recruiting networks.</li><li>Review and screen incoming resumes from job postings.</li><li>Conduct initial phone screenings with candidates.</li><li>Evaluate candidates against job requirements and provide recommendations.</li><li>Prepare candidate screening summaries and recommendations for hiring managers.</li><li>Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.</li><li>Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).</li><li>Coordinate interview logistics and maintain communication with applicants throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Assist with offer preparation and hiring coordination.</li><li>Track recruiting metrics and hiring activity.</li><li>Prepare offer letters and onboarding documentation.</li></ul>HR Administration<ul><li>Coordinate new hire onboarding activities.</li><li>Maintain employee records and personnel files.</li><li>Assist with employee documentation and compliance tracking.</li><li>Prepare employment verification letters and other HR-related correspondence.</li><li>Support benefits administration and employee data management.</li><li>Support employee relations documentation and recordkeeping.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.</li><li>Maintain organizational charts and employee directories.</li><li>Assist with HR reporting and special projects.</li><li>Support employee engagement and communication initiatives.</li></ul>Administrative Support<ul><li>Schedule meetings, interviews, training sessions, and employee development programs.</li><li>Prepare reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and compliance documentation.</li><li>Assist with special HR and compliance projects as assigned.</li><li>Track action items and follow up on assignments.</li><li>Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements.</li><li>Provide general administrative support to the HR team.</li></ul>QualificationsRequired<ul><li>Bachelor's degree.</li><li>2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting Coordination, Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Comfortable working 8:30 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time.</li></ul>Preferred<ul><li>Experience supporting U.S.-based companies.</li><li>Experience conducting candidate phone screenings.</li><li>Experience with HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.</li><li>Experience supporting remote teams.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Timely coordination of recruiting and onboarding activities.</li><li>Strong candidate and employee experience.</li><li>Accurate and organized HR records.</li><li>Effective communication with candidates, employees, and managers.</li><li>Reliable follow-through and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently while supporting a distributed U.S.-based team.</li></ul>CompensationCompetitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and skills.Why Join UsYou'll be joining an established India team of 20+ colleagues who support a U.S.-based experiential marketing and live events platform with operations across multiple brands and locations.This role works directly alongside U.S. HR leadership and hiring managers &mdash; not through layers of intermediaries.
