This role is ideal for someone who can build, maintain, and improve websites across multiple brands operating in the UK, UAE, and India.This is a hybrid position, requiring some on-site collaboration in Andheri West with the flexibility to work remotely when tasks are clearly defined.Immediate start for the right candidate.&#11835;Position OverviewYou will be responsible for:<ul><li>Building and optimising WordPress websites</li><li>Managing hosting environments, domain configurations, DNS, email routing, and CPanel/Cloud hosting systems</li><li>Ensuring sites are fast, secure, mobile-responsive, SEO-friendly, and modern</li><li>Supporting landing page builds in coordination with our CRM and marketing teams</li></ul>This is a hands-on development role, not a project coordination role.&#11835;Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and manage WordPress websites, themes, and plugins (customisation as required)</li><li>Set up and manage hosting, including CPanel, Cloudflare, AWS, or similar platforms</li><li>Configure and manage domain, DNS, redirects, SSL, and email setup</li><li>Ensure site speed optimisation, mobile responsiveness, and clean UI/UX</li><li>Perform routine site maintenance, updates, backups, security scanning, and troubleshooting</li><li>Work with the marketing and CRM teams to build campaign landing pages and integrate tracking scripts</li><li>Ensure all websites follow SEO best practices and structured performance improvements</li></ul>&#11835;Required Skills &amp; Experience<ul><li>3+ years professional WordPress development experience</li><li>Ability to customise themes and plugins, not just drag-and-drop builders</li><li>Strong understanding of Web Hosting, DNS, Domain &amp; Server Management</li><li>Experience with builders such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, or similar</li><li>Ability to work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end adjustments</li><li>Understanding of website optimisation, caching, compression, and security tools</li><li>Portfolio of previous website work (required to be shared)</li></ul>&#11835;Additional Desirable Experience (Not Mandatory, but a Bonus)<ul><li>Knowledge of GoHighLevel funnel builder layouts</li><li>Experience connecting web forms to CRMs, webhooks, or API workflows</li><li>Experience in eCommerce setup (WooCommerce)</li><li>Ability to coordinate with graphic designers / front-end layout teams</li></ul>&#11835;Personal Qualities<ul><li>Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capability</li><li>Able to work independently and manage deadlines</li><li>Team-friendly and willing to collaborate with marketing + tech teams</li><li>Takes ownership and follows through on tasks</li></ul>&#11835;Work Structure<ul><li>Hybrid role: Part on-site in Andheri West, part remote</li><li>Full-time role</li><li>Immediate start after portfolio review and technical screening</li></ul>&#11835;How to ApplySubmit your application with the following:1.
