We are looking for a dynamic and proactive PR Executive to join our team. This role will play a critical part in supporting our PR efforts, building and maintaining relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), and ensuring seamless communication with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to nurture friendly and strategic relationships with KOLs and other key partners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supporting the PR Team</li><li>Assist in daily administrative tasks, such as maintaining contact lists, managing schedules, and organizing project records.</li><li>Provide clerical support to ensure smooth operations within the PR department.</li><li>Creating and Managing PR Content</li><li>Write and edit press releases, newsletters, articles and other public relations materials.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams to develop engaging content aligned with vivo&rsquo;s brand messaging and communication goals.</li><li>Building and Maintaining Relationships</li><li>Develop and foster strong relationships with KOLs, clients, media representatives, vendors, and other stakeholders.</li><li>Maintain a positive rapport with KOLs, enhancing vivo&rsquo;s network and brand presence in Pakistan.</li><li>Planning and Executing Events</li><li>Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas for PR campaigns.</li><li>Assist in organizing events, campaigns, and press activities, managing event calendars, and ensuring successful executions.</li><li>Monitoring Media Coverage and Metrics</li><li>Track media coverage and analyze PR metrics to gauge the effectiveness of campaigns.</li><li>Identify opportunities to streamline communication and improve media relations strategies.</li><li>Researching Trends and Data</li><li>Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and other relevant data to inform and support PR campaigns.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Communications, Media Studies, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and other communication tools.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build friendly, professional relationships.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Part-timePay: From Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

PR Executive (Female)

<ul><li>Plan, organize, and oversee all phases of content production&mdash;pre-production, production, and post-production&mdash;for product launches and brand campaigns.</li><li>Work in close coordination with the vivo HQ team, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless execution of content strategies.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing, product, and design teams to develop innovative creative concepts for product launch campaigns.</li><li>Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of creative materials and services.</li><li>Manage scheduling, logistics, and coordination for pre-production planning and shoot days, ensuring alignment across all involved parties.</li><li>Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring content delivery aligns with campaign objectives and deadlines.</li><li>Provide structured feedback to agencies and vendors to refine outputs.</li><li>Possess hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite&mdash;particularly Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects and Illustrator&mdash;for content development and refinement.</li><li>Animation of diverse campaign assets across TV and digital platforms, including banners, in-band creatives, TV scrolls, and PIP content.</li><li>Edit and animate video and visual assets to support content needs across brand, sales, and HR departments.</li></ul>Education : Min BachelorMust have both experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: From Rs800,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Video & Content Executive (Fresh)

Generate real-time Sales Tax digital invoices in compliance with FBR regulations. Reconcile Sales Tax digital invoices with branch data on a monthly or fortnightly basis to ensure accuracy. Assist in preparing and uploading invoices through the FBR Digital Invoicing System, maintaining compliance and correctness. Collect monthly purchase invoices from the factory, prepare detailed records in Microsoft Excel, and reconcile them with the FBR portal. Record journal entries related to PESSI, POS, and Sales Tax. Prepare PESSI, POS, and Sales Tax challans and ensure timely submission of payments to the respective authorities. Obtain sales data from the Sales Department to prepare Sales Tax invoices for key accounts. Coordinate with multiple branches to obtain Sales Tax data and assist in generation of invoices through system-integrated software linked with the FBR portal. Collaborate with the Sales Department and branch offices to resolve discrepancies in Sales Tax invoices. Assist in reconciling tax ledgers and maintaining accurate documentation. Stay updated on relevant tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance. Maintain tax records in both hard and soft formats in an organized and secure manner.
