  <li>
   Administration of Agreements (Drafting/vetting/review/negotiations), communicating well across functions in order to strike a balance between business and legal needs of the Organization.
  </li>
  <li>
   Working on laws pertaining to Internet Business, Intermediary Guidelines, Competition Law, Legal Metrology, Data Protection, FEMA guidelines, Labour Laws, etc.
  </li>
  <li>
   Synchronizing with external stakeholders (consultants, lawyers, etc.) regarding the ongoing Litigation of the Company. Drafting Legal Notices, Replies, pleadings, and other documents in connection with the legal cases of the company or as per requirements of the company and appearance.
  </li>
  <li>
   Having exposure on working on high-stakes agreements, T&amp;C&rsquo;s.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advising and suggesting on legal issues related to company's business activities. Research and analysis of legal issues/matters at hand, preparation of advisory notes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Acquiring and monitoring all necessary licenses, approvals, permissions from various authorities, and handling Inspections by Government Authorities.
  </li>
  <li>
   Supporting the Customer Service Portfolio and handling any legal issues/matter pertaining to it.
  </li>
  <li>
   Planning &amp; Execution of Legal strategies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Any other work as assigned from time to time by reporting heads.
  </li>
