We are seeking a <b>Full-Time Landscape Design Sales/Project Manager</b> to our design and build team in <b>Stow, OH!</b> In this role, you will be responsible for building client relationships, designing and selling projects, and ensuring accuracy until completion.</p><p><b>

What you&rsquo;ll be doing:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Develop a customer base and actively seek out new projects while closing sales</li><li>
Remain in contact with clients during the entire process of projects, until completion</li><li>
Prepare presentations and proposals</li><li>
Design details and construction documents</li><li>
Assist in job planning and coordinating with production</li><li>
Handle customer inquiries regarding service and quality</li><li>
All other duties assigned</li></ul></div><p><b>
What you need to succeed:</b></p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Landscape Architecture or similar</li><li>
A minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape design and construction</li><li>
3-5 years of proven sales experience with the ability to sell $1-$2 million in sales annually</li><li>
Knowledge of design concepts, irrigation techniques, and hardscaping</li><li>
Previous experience estimating and putting together proposals</li><li>
A proven portfolio displaying exemplary design skills in hardscapes, structures, plantings, and lighting</li><li>
Skilled in managing a high volume of tasks with the ability to meet deadlines</li><li>
Proficiency in Vectorworks, AutoCAD, or similar software</li><li>
Experience with Photoshop, SketchUp, or Lumion preferred</li><li>
Familiar with construction drawings including detailing, dimensioned layouts, and grading plans</li><li>
Experience use Microsoft office</li></ul></div></div>
