Planning:Develop project schedules (using MS Project / Primavera).Monitor project progress and ensure timelines are met.Coordinate with site engineers and project managers.Identify delays and propose corrective actions.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.2. Billing:Prepare RA (Running Account) bills as per contract terms.Coordinate with clients for bill submissions and follow-up.Verify subcontractor bills with measurement books.Maintain documentation for client and internal audits.Support the finance team for timely payment realization.3. Estimation &amp; Costing:Analyze BOQ, drawings, and specifications to estimate quantities.Prepare cost estimates for tenders and internal budgeting.Rate analysis for various items based on market rates.Support procurement in budgeting and rate justification.Value engineering for cost-saving without compromising quality.Required Skills:MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera.Good understanding of CPWD / PWD billing norms.Knowledge of construction methodology &amp; site execution.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Qualification:B.E. /B.
