 We are seeking a visionary experienced Sliming Head for our VLCC Clinic. To provide a wide range of exceptional beauty services to clients, enhancing their appearance and well-being while adhering to VLCCs standards and creating superior customer satisfaction.

 Positions Supervised
 
 
 
 Centre Slimming team including Slimming Incharge, Dieticians, In-house Doctor, Slimming Therapist, Physiotherapists.
 
 
 
 Experience &amp; Education
 
 
 
 PhD / MSc. in Nutrition &amp; Dietetics with a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar field.
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Technical &amp; Operational Excellence
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Ensure safe handling &amp; maintenance of all equipment of the Slimming section.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor &amp; review progress of clients after each slimming session.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure suitable corrective actions wrt all Unsuccessful Outcomes wrt clients &amp; adherence to Escalation Matrix to deliver the desired outcomes (including, if required, to the Corporate Technical team for prompt &amp; timely assistance).
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure slimming cards are filled with client signature, comments, &amp; photographs. Also ensure all consent forms wherever required are duly signed by the customers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor &amp; ensure the consumption of products as per SOPs (while ensuring zero pilferages).
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain Slimming staff individual productivity as per company standards.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure cleanliness of the Slimming section, therapy rooms, &amp; Nursing station.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise maintenance of all Slimming appliances (&amp; inform CH/Corporate about machines requiring repair).
 </li>

 Ensure Slimming stock Ordering at the Centre &amp; Physical verification of stock as per defined guidelines. Follow policy of FIFO for product consumption.

 Achieve the sales &amp; execution targets of Slimming Services (including targets for self).

 Improve sales of slimming packages through up-selling, while cross-selling of beauty packages.

 Plan &amp; execute sales events in coordination with Corporate.

 Drive customer excellence by ensuring high standards of service by the Slimming team.

 Conduct recruitment, induction, &amp; orientation of new Slimming staff as per SOPs.

 Lead &amp; develop the Slimming team to enhance performance, service delivery, &amp; service efficacy (Inform Slimming Staff about the monthly promotional offers &amp; incentive policy wrt Sales, Execution &amp; Products targets).
 </li>

 Conduct regular meetings with staff for sorting out grievances &amp; taking suggestions for improvement.
 </li>

 Check attendance (plan for absenteeism), work allocation (Slimming appointments &amp; distribution/rotation of work) &amp; manage weekly off days for Slimming staff.

 Responsible for grooming, training, discipline, &amp; welfare of Slimming staff.

 Study Beauty cards of booked clients for planning appointments &amp; conduct first skin analysis.

 Ensure regular follow-up of clients on break to minimize the unexecuted packages and inform all clients on package validity.

 Oversee results &amp; follow the escalation matrix process (if required) to deliver the desired outcomes to the customers.

 Track &amp; ensure room SOPs &amp; SOP Service protocols are followed by all execution staff.

 Confirm all executions are timely entered in the software on daily basis.

 Ensure all Beauty appointments are entered in the software as per defined guidelines.

 To ensure a Beauty Therapist, Nurse/ Self is provided to assist the Doctor on Dermat procedures.
