 Role Overview
 
 
 
 The In-House Doctor will provide safe and effective medical aesthetic treatments, support client consultations, and work closely with Beauty &amp; Wellness teams to deliver holistic results. The role demands a strong foundation in medicine, hands-on expertise in aesthetic procedures, and compliance with clinical SOPs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Clinical Excellence
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Perform medical and aesthetic procedures (e.g., Botox, fillers, chemical peels).
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct detailed consultations and design individualized treatment plans.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure clinical safety, hygiene, and compliance with all SOPs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor client outcomes, maintain records, and provide post-procedure follow-up.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Customer Engagement
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Build trust through effective communication and counseling.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participate in clinic events, awareness sessions, and workshops.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support cross-selling and upselling of relevant dermatology &amp; wellness services.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Team Collaboration
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Work closely with Beauty, Slimming, and Wellness teams for integrated client care.
 </li>
 <li>
 Guide, train, and mentor therapists and support staff in medical protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with regional/cluster heads for clinic performance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Qualifications &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 MBBS:
 
 1&ndash;3 years of clinical experience (licensed to administer injectables).
 </li>
 <li>
 
 MD (Dermatology/Medicine):
 
 0&ndash;2 years of experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Certification/fellowship in cosmetology or aesthetics is an advantage.
 </li>
 <li>
 Licensed to practice medicine and aesthetic procedures in India.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Skills &amp; Attributes
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong diagnostic and procedural skills in medical aesthetics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and patient counseling ability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ethical, detail-oriented, and safety-driven.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sales acumen to support clinic growth.
 </li>
