<div></div><div><b>Education Requirements:</b></div>
<ul><li>One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
</ul><div><b>Job Responsibility Overview:</b></div>
<ul><li>Assist Maintenance Technician with repair tasks, such as plumbing, electicial, heating and cooling, and equipment on a timely basis.</li>
<li>Correct unsafe conditions when observed.</li>
<li>Makes pick-ups and deliveries of materials, parts, and equipment as directed.</li></ul></div>
