<ul><li>Supports a designated line of business, initiating proficiency in a specific area of expertise within VNS Health.
</li><li>Receives and addresses consumer inquiries, resolving non-clinical issues and complaints across VNS Health, while fostering effective relationships with customers, physicians, hospitals, and internal contacts for prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications 
 
 
Education:
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent required
</li><li>Bachelor's Degree in Communications, English, Public Relations or related field, or the equivalent preferred

Work Experience:
<ul><li>Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferably in a health care setting required
</li><li>Excellent oral/verbal communication and customer service skills required
</li><li>PC skills including Microsoft Office
</li><li>Bilingual skills may be required as determined by operational needs

 Minimum of three years broad-based experience recruiting for positions in a variety of disciplines and levels (e.g., health care, business, technical, management) OR at least one year of experience at VNS Health as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a position at/above the specialist level, plus at least two years of related experience required
 
 
 General knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws, regulations, rules and practices required
 
 
 
 Effective Verbal, Written And Presentation Skills Required

Talent Acquisition Specialist

<div>The Senior Technical Project Manager leads complex cross-functional technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives across VNS Health. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects across multiple business lines while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, budget expectations, and operational goals.The Senior Technical Project Manager partners with technology, business, and executive stakeholders to drive project execution, portfolio visibility, process improvement, and operational effectiveness.
