 What You Will do

   Drive proactive, strategic sourcing by identifying, engaging, and nurturing high‑quality candidates across multiple channels&mdash;long before they apply.

  <li>
   Lead full‑cycle recruitment including interviewing and hiring candidates who meet both the skill requirements and cultural expectations of VNS Health.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate closely with Recruitment Operations to ensure all pre‑ and post‑employment processes are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Represent VNS Health at job fairs, community events, and targeted outreach initiatives, strengthening our employer brand and expanding our talent networks.

   Bring forward solutions and new ideas, championing innovation in sourcing, outreach, and candidate engagement.

 Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Social Sciences or a related field or equivalent work experience required

 Minimum of three years broad-based experience recruiting for positions in a variety of disciplines and levels (e.g., health care, business, technical, management) OR at least one year of experience at VNS Health as an Associate Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a position at/above the specialist level, plus at least two years of related experience required

 General knowledge of applicable Federal, State and Local employment laws, regulations, rules and practices required

Talent Acquisition Specialist

<p></p><div>The Senior Technical Project Manager leads complex cross-functional technology initiatives that support strategic business objectives across VNS Health. The role is responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects across multiple business lines while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, budget expectations, and operational goals.The Senior Technical Project Manager partners with technology, business, and executive stakeholders to drive project execution, portfolio visibility, process improvement, and operational effectiveness. The role applies project management methodologies, technical knowledge, and analytical capabilities to support successful delivery of initiatives within a healthcare environment. Working under limited supervision, the Senior Technical Project Manager provides leadership and guidance across projects and programs without direct people management responsibility.<br>

What You Will Do:</b></div><ul><li>
Project &amp; Program Delivery
 </li><li>Leads complex cross-functional projects and initiatives across multiple business lines.
</li><li>Develops project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets in collaboration with Product, Development, Testing, Project Sponsors, Finance, and executive stakeholders.</li><li>
Coordinates project teams to identify issues, risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.</li><li>
 Develops and implements mitigation strategies to address project risks and challenges.
</li><li>Monitors project quality and ensures deliverables meet project objectives, specifications, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>
Provides project management oversight, monitoring, data collection, and analytical support throughout project lifecycles.</li><li>
Supports business process reengineering initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.</li><li>
 Portfolio Management &amp; Reporting</li><li>
 Compiles and distributes project information, status reports, portfolio budget expenditures, and operational capacity metrics.</li><li>
 Builds and maintains project and portfolio dashboards for technology and senior leadership review. &bull; Tracks project budgets, resource utilization, and operational performance indicators.</li><li>
 Provides visibility into project progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.</li><li>
 Supports data-driven decision making through reporting, analysis, and performance monitoring. &bull; Stakeholder Engagement &amp; Governance</li><li>
Partners with senior leaders, executives, project sponsors, and stakeholders to support strategic plans and objectives.</li><li>

Coordinates with offshore and nearshore teams to support project execution and operational activities.</li><li>

 Supports continuous improvement of project management processes, standards, and delivery practices.
