We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer to join our team as soon as possible. The ideal candidate should have experience overseeing the graphic design of all digital and print materials.Skills <ul><li>The ideal candidate must have strong creative skills and a portfolio of work demonstrating their passion for Creative, illustrative design and typography.</li><li>Develop and execute creative concepts that align with the company's brand and message.</li><li>Keep up to date with design trends and industry best practices.</li><li>Translate ideas and concepts into high-quality visual content.</li><li>Maintain and organize design files and assets.</li></ul>Digital Media (must be expert)<ul><li>Design eye-catching logos, infographics, videos and other promotional materials.</li><li>UI/UX designing i.e. work on the layout and design of web pages, ensuring a seamless user experience.</li><li>Design Social media posts and ads.</li></ul>Print Media (basic to medium level)<ul><li>Fyer and Brochure</li><li>Banners/advertisements</li><li>Magazine and posters</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Should have at least 2-5 years of experience</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Computer Science, Computer arts or a related field (or any equivalent experience).</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio of work.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign, Figma,) and all relevant things in Graphic Designing.</li><li>Strong creative and artistic abilities.</li><li>Attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li></ul>Benefits Working at Voipmen<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>3 Bonuses in a year</li><li>Paid leaves</li><li>Bi-annual recreational trips</li><li>Company celebrations including work anniversaries, birthdays, Company&rsquo;s anniversaries, etc.</li><li>Increments based on fair performance appraisals</li><li>Incidental Allowances / Marriage Allowance / Maternity / Paternity Allowances</li><li>Increments based on fair performance appraisals</li><li>Friendly environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>Digital Media Design: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
