The ideal candidate will have the requistite years of experience handling a variety of commercial litigation disputes, drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other legal documents. Experience conducting depositions, discovery, appearing for court hearings and conferences. Must be licensed in New Jersey, New York is a plus.
