We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven<b> Marketing Manager</b> to join our team and play a key role in shaping the hotel&rsquo;s brand presence, driving market awareness, and supporting revenue growth. In this role, you will lead the hotel&rsquo;s marketing strategy, manage key campaigns, and ensure that all communications reflect IHG&rsquo;s brand standards and the unique voco personality.</p>

A little taste of your day-to-day</b></p>
<p>
Every day is different at IHG, but you&rsquo;ll mostly be:</p>
<ul><li>Developing, managing, and executing the hotel&rsquo;s annual marketing plan in alignment with commercial objectives.</li><li>Creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, PR, on-property promotions).</li><li>Managing the hotel&rsquo;s social media presence, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned content and community interaction.</li><li>Leading photography, videography, and creative production for all marketing materials.</li><li>Monitoring online brand reputation across all platforms and ensuring timely, professional responses.</li><li>Coordinating with external agencies, designers, and media partners to deliver impactful campaigns.</li><li>Supporting F&amp;B, Rooms, Spa, and Events teams with targeted marketing activations.</li><li>Managing the hotel website content, SEO performance, and digital analytics.</li><li>Measuring and reporting on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends to support commercial decisions.</li><li>Ensuring compliance with IHG brand guidelines across all communications and collateral.</li><li>Developing partnerships that enhance brand visibility and drive business opportunities.</li><li>Managing marketing budget, invoices, and related administrative tasks.</li><li>Supporting Sales teams with collateral, presentations, and promotional tools.</li></ul>
<p><b>
What we need from you</b></p>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li><li>Digital Marketing Certification or specialization is a strong advantage.</li><li>Minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience in hotel marketing within a 4- or 5-star environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media management, analytics, and brand management.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, with the ability to craft clear and impactful content.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is preferred.</li><li>Strong project management skills and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.</li></ul>

<ul><li>Perform all check-in and check-out tasks</li>
<li>Manage online and phone reservations</li>
<li>Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data</li>
<li>Register guests collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)</li>
<li>Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms</li>
<li>Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rates and amenities</li>
<li>Respond to clients&rsquo; complaints in a timely and professional manner</li>
<li>Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests&rsquo; needs</li>
<li>Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate</li>
<li>Maintain updated records of bookings and payments</li>
</ul><p>Requirements and skills:</p>
<ul><li>Work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role</li>
<li>Experience with hotel reservations software.</li>
<li>Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking and TripAdvisor</li>
<li>Customer service attitude</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Degree in hotel management is a plus</li>
<li>This is position is for Saudi Nationals Only</li>
