We are looking for a motivated and experienced Engineer cum Site Supervisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing construction, interior fit-out, and landscape projects while ensuring quality, safety, and timely execution.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise daily site activities for construction, interior fit-out, and landscaping projects.</li><li>Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.</li><li>Monitor work progress and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.</li><li>Plan manpower, materials, and site logistics.</li><li>Conduct site inspections, prepare progress reports, and resolve on-site issues.</li><li>Ensure all works are executed according to safety regulations and project schedules.</li><li>Support project coordination, measurements, and material approvals.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture.</li><li>Valid UAE Driving Licence (Mandatory).</li><li>Minimum 1&ndash;2 years of UAE experience in construction, interior fit-out, or landscaping projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of civil works, finishing works, and site coordination.</li><li>Ability to read drawings and manage multiple activities simultaneously.</li><li>Good communication and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary based on experience.</li><li>Company vehicle/fuel allowance as per company policy.</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a dynamic design and build environment.</li><li>Supportive and professional work culture.</li></ul>If you are a proactive engineer with strong site management skills and a passion for delivering quality projects, we would love to hear from you.
