We take pride in serving our community with professionalism and reliability &mdash; from everyday garments to delicate couture and specialty pieces.Position Overview: We&rsquo;re looking for an organized, dependable, and customer-oriented Manager to oversee daily operations at Vogue Cleaners. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can manage staff, maintain high cleaning and customer service standards, and ensure smooth workflow from intake to pickup.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Supervise and support front counter and cleaning staff</li><li>Oversee daily operations, ensuring timely and accurate order processing</li><li>Provide outstanding customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally</li><li>Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory</li><li>Train and motivate employees to maintain high quality and efficiency</li><li>Handle payments, reconcile registers, and ensure accurate recordkeeping</li><li>Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness of the facility</li><li>Communicate with ownership regarding performance, goals, and improvements</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Prior management or supervisory experience (dry cleaning or retail preferred)</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities</li><li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Proficient with POS systems and basic computer skills</li><li>Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused</li></ul>Schedule: Full-time &mdash; Tuesday-Saturday, 40 Hours a week.Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, with performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities.How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a brief note about why you&rsquo;d be a great fit for Vogue Cleaners.Job Type: Full-timePay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
