This critical role supports internal users in a high-energy, high-volume business environment.The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 2 years of work experience with a service-focused attitude, where IT customer service is the top priority. You should possess the technical abilities to work with a range of equipment and platforms, including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, servers, networking equipment, and SaaS applications.Key Responsibilities&#9679; Configure and manage Microsoft and Apple devices.&#9679; Configure and manage devices within a Webex phone system.&#9679; Manage and troubleshoot Google Meet and Zoom applications.&#9679; Manage users and groups in the Google Workspace Admin Console.&#9679; Manage, update, and resolve tickets in Teamwork Desk per SLA requirements.Required Qualifications&#9679; Minimum of 2 years of work experience in an IT customer service environment.&#9679; Familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Apple macOS.&#9679; Comprehension of Microsoft Active Directory fundamentals.&#9679; Familiarity with the Google Apps Suite and Google Drive.&#9679; Ability to document solutions via tickets and knowledgebase articles.&#9679; Strong written and verbal communication skills.&#9679; Be a team-oriented, hard-working individual who likes to collaborate with others to solve problems.Preferred Qualifications&#9679; Possess a current CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification.&#9679; Possess an Associate&rsquo;s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Networking.&#9679; 2 or more years of experience in a role that required ticket management and documentation.At Voice Media Group, we are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace.
