 About the role:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 We are looking for a creative, detail-driven, and execution-focused
 
 Junior Motion Graphics Designer
 
 with
 
 1 year of experience in an agency environment
 
 . The ideal candidate has hands-on experience working across fast-paced client projects, adapting to multiple brand styles, and delivering motion assets for digital and social platforms. You will work closely with the design, video, and content teams to produce compelling motion graphics that align with client briefs and brand objectives.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 
 Motion Asset Creation &amp; Execution
 
 &ndash; Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms including social media, websites, ads, presentations, and campaigns.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Client-Focused Deliveries
 
 &ndash; Work on multiple client projects in parallel, ensuring timely execution and alignment with agency deadlines.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Brand &amp; Creative Adaptability
 
 &ndash; Translate concepts, storyboards, and brand guidelines into visually engaging motion designs across different industries.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Creative Collaboration
 
 &ndash; Work closely with internal teams (graphic, video, content) to support campaign creatives, videos, reels, explainers, and ad motion elements.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 File Optimization &amp; Rendering
 
 &ndash; Export motion assets in platform-appropriate formats, ensuring smooth playback, optimized size, and high quality.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Animation Quality Enhancement
 
 &ndash; Improve visual storytelling through smooth transitions, typography animation, icon animation, VFX, and compositing where needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Executive Support to Leadership
 
 &ndash; Assist where required in preparing motion-enhanced presentations, pitch decks, brand videos, or creative samples.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Trend Awareness &amp; Creative Upgrades
 
 &ndash; Stay updated on motion design trends, reels language, UI motion, 3D accents, and industry-standard animation styles.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Tool Efficiency &amp; Workflow Management
 
 &ndash; Maintain organized project files, asset libraries, and templates for efficient agency workflows.
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Candidate requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 1 year of experience
 
 working in a
 
 design/digital agency setup
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Strong understanding of motion deliverables and quick revisions cycles common in agencies
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Proficiency in tools such as:
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 After Effects, Premiere Pro
 
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Illustrator &amp; Photoshop
 
 (for asset creation)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of
 
 Lottie, 3D plug-ins, VFX, or compositing
 
 is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Good grasp of typography animation, visual timing, pacing, easing, and storytelling through motion
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle tight deadlines, feedback loops, and multiple brands simultaneously
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication skills with a proactive, learning-first mindset
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills required:

 Experience creating motion for:
 </li>
 <li>
 Social media campaigns (Reels/short-form)
 </li>
 <li>
 Ads and promo motion assets
 </li>
 <li>
 UI motion or micro-animations
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of 3D motion (Blender/Cinema 4D) or plug-ins like Element 3D is a bonus
 </li>
 <li>
 Portfolio showcasing agency-style projects, fast execution, and multi-brand work
 
 </li>
