This role requires a strategic yet hands-on marketing professional with strong expertise in branding, communications, and integrated marketing campaigns within the real estate sector.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Planning &amp; Execution <ul><li>Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to strengthen project positioning and drive business growth.</li><li>Identify target markets, define brand messaging, and ensure consistent communication across all platforms.</li></ul>ATL &amp; BTL Marketing <ul><li>Plan and execute ATL campaigns including print, outdoor, radio, and digital promotions.</li><li>Manage BTL initiatives such as site activations, brochures, collaterals, experiential marketing, and lead-generation activities.</li></ul>Vendor Management <ul><li>Build and manage relationships with creative agencies, media partners, event vendors, and marketing service providers.</li><li>Negotiate commercials, monitor deliverables, and ensure quality, timelines, and cost efficiency.</li></ul>Event Planning &amp; Execution <ul><li>Plan and execute real estate events, project launches, client meets, channel partner events, and exhibitions.</li><li>Conduct post-event analysis focused on lead quality, conversions, and ROI.</li></ul>Communications &amp; Branding <ul><li>Drive cohesive internal and external communications to enhance brand credibility and recall.</li><li>Manage PR coordination, digital presence, social media communication, email campaigns, and brand storytelling.</li></ul>Business Development Support <ul><li>Work closely with sales and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.</li><li>Support lead-generation campaigns targeting investors, buyers, and strategic stakeholders.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Expertise in ATL &amp; BTL marketing and end-to-end campaign execution.</li><li>Strong vendor management and negotiation capabilities.</li><li>Experience in event planning, execution, and performance tracking.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Strategic mindset with a hands-on, result-driven approach.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or allied industries. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to execute impactful marketing campaigns and manage multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Immediate joiners preferred.</li></ul>Why Join VISIONSTONE? VISIONSTONE is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Marketing Executive to support and execute impactful marketing initiatives across multiple regions, including Mumbai, Pune, and Dubai. This role is ideal for a recent MBA/PGDM graduate from an A-Grade University who is eager to build a strong career in real estate marketing and branding.
