Volare Health is seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Human Resource Generalist to support our growing portfolio of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers. This position plays a critical role in ensuring HR compliance, supporting facility leadership teams, training Payroll Benefit Coordinators (PBCs), and promoting employee engagement and retention across multiple locations.

Position Summary</h2>

The Regional Human Resource Generalist provides comprehensive human resources support to assigned facilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and employment regulations while serving as a key resource for facility leadership and Payroll Benefit Coordinators. This role supports payroll processes, employee relations, recruitment and retention initiatives, leave administration, and workforce compliance.

Essential Responsibilities</h2>
<ul>
<li>Train and support new and existing Payroll Benefit Coordinators (PBCs) on company policies, procedures, and HR best practices.
</li>
<li>Provide payroll service management and troubleshooting support.
</li>
<li>Assist with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) administration and tracking.
</li>
<li>Conduct personnel file audits to ensure compliance with federal, state, and company requirements.
</li>
<li>Attend facility meetings, employee trainings, and leadership meetings as needed.
</li>
<li>Support recruitment and retention initiatives and participate in facility staffing calls.
</li>
<li>Assist with Workers' Compensation and Unemployment claims management.
</li>
<li>Partner with facility leadership to promote employee engagement and compliance.
</li>
<li>Travel regularly to assigned facilities, including occasional overnight stays.
</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as assigned.
</li>
</ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Qualifications</h2>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Education</h3>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma or equivalent required.
</li>
<li>College coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
</li>
<li>HR Certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) preferred.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Experience</h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum of four (4) years of experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care environment.
</li>
<li>Human Resources and payroll experience strongly preferred.
</li>
<li>Experience utilizing ADP payroll systems required.
</li>
<li>Multi-site healthcare experience preferred.
</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">Knowledge, Skills &amp; Abilities</h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements.
</li>
<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills.
</li>
<li>Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
</li>
<li>Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
</li>
<li>Ability and willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
</li>
