This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality expertise in a lively, guest-focused environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Greet guests with a friendly, energetic attitude and manage waitlist or reservations efficiently</li><li>Escort guests to their tables, ensuring comfort and satisfaction from arrival to seating</li><li>Relay orders accurately between the dining area and kitchen using POS systems</li><li>Assist with food running duties by delivering dishes promptly and ensuring proper presentation</li><li>Support food safety standards by handling food carefully and maintaining cleanliness during service</li><li>Clear tables, bus tables as needed, and reset for incoming guests to maintain a tidy dining environment</li><li>Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding special requests, dietary restrictions, or timing adjustments</li><li>Provide exceptional guest service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, enhancing overall guest experience</li></ul>Experience<ul><li>Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key</li><li>Familiarity with food handling, serving, bussing, and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous</li><li>Experience using POS systems</li><li>Knowledge of banquet service or hotel hospitality operations is a plus</li><li>Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude are essential for success in this role</li><li>Prior kitchen experience or culinary background can be beneficial but is not mandatory; willingness to learn is valued</li><li>Demonstrated understanding of food safety protocols and guest services standards will support your growth in this vibrant hospitality setting</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences through lively service, teamwork, and genuine hospitality!Pay: From $11.00 per hourWork Location: In person
