Job Title: Procurement Manager Department: Supply Chain &amp; ProcurementReporting To: Head &ndash; Projects &amp; MD Position reporting to: Procurement ExecutiveKey Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead end-to-end procurement for electrical EPC projects, ensuring timely availability of materials, equipment, and subcontracted services.</li><li>Interpret electrical engineering drawings, BOQs, and specifications to prepare precise procurement plans.</li><li>Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors while nurturing long-term partnerships rooted in quality and reliability.</li><li>Issue RFQs, conduct techno-commercial comparisons, negotiate terms, and finalize purchase orders.</li><li>Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and compliance with contractual terms.</li><li>Managing whole procurement team.</li><li>Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, finance, and site teams to harmonize procurement with project timelines.</li><li>Ensure cost optimization without compromising quality or safety standards.</li><li>Maintain transparent documentation&mdash;POs, contracts, delivery records, and inspection reports.</li><li>Mitigate procurement-related risks through foresight, market analysis, and alternate sourcing strategies.</li><li>Drive digital procurement practices, inventory planning, and process improvements.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).</li><li>5&ndash;10+ years of procurement experience in the EPC domain (transmission, distribution, solar, substations, industrial projects).</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical equipment: transformers, switchgear, cables, panels, earthing materials, and project consumables.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, vendor-management, and market-research skills.</li><li>Knowledge of GST, taxation, logistics, and commercial terms (INCOTERMS).</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and procurement software.</li><li>A strategic mind, disciplined follow-up, and the ability to thrive under timelines.</li></ul>Male candidates are preferable:Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;55,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:-He/she will have to prepare layout as per IS standards, He/she will prepare the SLD, the electrical design engineer will ensure the sustainability, quality and reliability of all System and designs which prepared by the electrical design executive or Design Consultant, he/she will be responsible for cable size selection, load calculation, panel selection, transformer selection and other equipment with cost efficiency and saftey standards. He will guide the design executive when needed. Presenting a variety of design perspectives for construction enhancements and modifications. Shorting BOM as per requirement.Educational Qualification: BE /B Tech/Diploma in ElectricalRequired Skills: We are looking for experienced electrical design engineer for EPC project work. He/she Must be familiar with Auto Cad and Dialux software. Ability to work simultaneously on two or more projects. Must be knowledgeable of IS. Good with drawing interpretation. Good mail drafting skills required. Good with English written and verbal communication. Must be capable in decision making.
