 Job Introduction:
 
 
 
 Production Manager is a critical role responsible for the effective planning, execution, and improvement of our production operations. In this position, you will manage production processes and support continuous improvement by working closely with production teams to meet quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery targets.

 In this position, you will be working at our Sivas factory, which was acquired by Volex in 2023. Murat Ticaret is a leading manufacturer of cable harnesses and battery cables designed for off-road vehicles and specialty vehicles. Murat Ticaret currently employs approximately 4000 people across its various production facilities in Turkey.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Planning, coordination and management of production processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring increased productivity and quality in production
 </li>
 <li>
 Implementation of lean production techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Training, guidance, and performance evaluation of the production team
 </li>
 <li>
 Execution of production-related budget and cost planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring production complies with quality standards and safety regulations
 </li>
 <li>
 Stock management and inventory control
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Requirements and Skills:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering disciplines such as Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 10 years experience in production, manufacturing processes, and automation, preferably within the automotive or automotive supplier industry (experience in cable harness production is a strong advantage)
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of engineering and technology principles
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office applications.
 </li>
