Roles &amp; Responsibilities:-&middot; Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts including Non-Disclosure Agreements, Master&middot; Ensure that contracts accurately reflect the intentions of the parties involved and comply with legal requirements.&middot; Stay updated on laws, regulations, and legal trends affecting the Legal Tech industry.&middot; Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation&middot; Develop and implement document management procedures to ensure efficient retrieval and storage of legal documents.&middot; Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve legal issues.&middot; Liaise with external legal counsel as needed, and manage relationships with external legal service providers.&middot; Identify legal risks associated and develop strategies to mitigate them.&middot; Advise management on legal risks and provide recommendations for risk management strategies.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
