Role Description &ndash; Site SupervisorWe are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to join our team at VOLORA. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Secunderabad (Hyderabad), with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks.The Site Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, coordinating workforce activities, and ensuring that all projects are executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and timeliness. The ideal candidate will serve as the bridge between management, clients, and on-site teams to deliver seamless project execution.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Supervise day-to-day activities at the project site to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Monitor progress of interior design and execution works to meet deadlines and quality benchmarks.</li><li>Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and workers for timely material delivery and installation.</li><li>Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.</li><li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and local building codes.</li><li>Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and communicate updates to project managers and clients.</li><li>Identify and resolve on-site challenges proactively to avoid project delays.</li><li>Oversee material usage, site inventory, and resource allocation.</li><li>Assist in preparing and verifying measurements, BOQs (Bill of Quantities), and work progress for billing.</li><li>Act as the main point of contact between design teams and site workers, ensuring proper interpretation of drawings and layouts.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of site activities, inspections, and handovers.</li><li>Support in training and guiding site workers for best practices and work efficiency.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in site supervision, project execution, or construction management (interior projects preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of interior design execution, wardrobe installation, carpentry, modular furniture, and fit-outs.</li><li>Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and team coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, layouts, and BOQs.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.</li><li>Relevant certifications and prior experience in the interior or luxury design industry will be an added advantage.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In personApplication Deadline: 30/10/2025

The ideal candidate will have 1&ndash;2 years of professional design experience and a passion for creating luxurious, functional spaces.Roles &amp; Responsibilities<ul><li>Work on concept development, space planning, and design execution for luxury residential and commercial projects.</li><li>Create 2D drawings, 3D visualizations, and mood boards that effectively communicate design ideas.</li><li>Conduct site visits and measurements, ensuring accurate data for design and execution.</li><li>Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, vendors, and craftsmen to align design with execution.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, and technologies in the interior design industry.</li><li>Prepare BOQs, material lists, and design documentation for client approval and execution teams.</li><li>Assist in client presentations with professional layouts and visual storytelling.</li><li>Ensure all designs meet quality, safety, and compliance standards.</li><li>Support in coordinating furniture, fixtures, lighting, and d&eacute;cor selections.</li><li>Provide design solutions that align with Volora&rsquo;s luxury aesthetics and brand identity.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in interior design (luxury/residential/commercial projects preferred).</li><li>Strong skills in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, or similar design tools.</li><li>Ability to create detailed 2D drawings, realistic 3D renders, and accurate site measurements.</li><li>Strong visualization, creativity, and space planning skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client interactions.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines.</li><li>Team player with a dedicated and professional work ethic.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
