Full job descriptionWe are looking for a trainer to work in our gym experience in personal training and sales. Experience of not less than 4 years in UAE.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct personalized fitness assessments and create tailored workout programs for clients.</li><li>Lead group fitness classes and provide one-on-one training sessions.</li><li>Actively promote and sell gym memberships and fitness packages to potential clients.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with gym members to ensure high customer satisfaction.</li><li>Track and achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals.</li><li>Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals.</li><li>Collaborate with the team to create and implement marketing strategies for membership sales.</li><li>Qualifications:</li><li>Proven experience in fitness training and personal coaching.</li><li>Strong sales background, preferably in a fitness or health-related environment.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.</li><li>Certification in fitness training from a recognized institution.</li><li>Fluency in English</li><li>Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.</li></ul>How to Apply: If you are passionate about fitness and sales and are looking to make a positive impact on people's lives, we would love to hear from you!
