Our team serves clients globally, driving digital transformation and solving operational inefficiencies across industries.Role Summary<ul><li>We are seeking a Project Manager with at least 3 years of NetSuite ERP implementation</li><li>experience to lead multiple ERP engagements in parallel. You will be responsible for end-to-end project management, from kickoff to go-live, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction, scope control, and on-time delivery.</li><li>You will also own project team coordination, daily update tracking, reporting in AceProjects PMIS, and proactive communication with clients and internal leadership.</li><li>This is a client-facing, leadership-driven role requiring a strong foundation in ERP delivery, with preference given to those with NetSuite recovery/rescue project experience.</li></ul>Key Responsibilities Project Oversight &amp; Delivery &#9679; Manage multiple simultaneous ERP implementation or optimization projects with a primary focus on NetSuite&#9679; Create and manage project plans, milestones, schedules, and resource allocations using Ace Projects PMIS&#9679; Track task progress daily, ensuring timely updates from Solution Consultants (SC), Functional Consultants (FC), and Technical Consultants (TC)&#9679; Own project updates, documentation, and status reporting including risks and mitigation plans&mdash;to Program Managers and executive leadership&#9679; Client &amp; Stakeholder Communication&#9679; Lead all client meetings: discovery, status, working sessions, UAT, and steering committee reviews&#9679; Drive day-to-day communication and coordination with client POCs, external vendors, and internal resources&#9679; Maintain high levels of transparency and professionalism in all communications&#9679; Coordinate SOW review, change request approvals, and other contract discussions as neededPM Discipline &amp; Governance&#9679; Manage project scope, schedule, risks, and budget adherence&#9679; Track actual vs. forecasted hours, usage reports, and team assignments daily&#9679; Ensure all project records, documentation, and communications are up-to-date in project systems&#9679; Identify and escalate risks, scope creep, or change requests proactively&#9679; Support post-go-live transitions and project closeout activitiesRequirements &#9679; 3+ years of experience managing NetSuite implementation or optimization projects (required)&#9679; Experience in rescue or turnaround projects is strongly preferred&#9679; Strong command of PM methodologies including Agile, hybrid, and waterfall approaches&#9679; Hands-on experience with project tools such as AceProjects, Smartsheet, Asana, or similar&#9679; Experience working with ERP teams including Solution, Functional, and Technical Consultants&#9679; Exceptional verbal and written communication, client presentation, and stakeholder management skills&#9679; Organized, proactive, and adaptable with a high sense of ownership&#9679; Able to work independently and under pressure with changing priorities&#9679; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; PMP or similar certifications are a plusWorking Hours &#9679; Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Core Hours)&#9679; Flexibility required based on client demands and project urgency&#9679; Fully remote role, with daily collaboration across global teams Reporting Line&#9679; Reports directly to Program Managers and Executive Management&#9679; Responsible for maintaining regular reporting cadence, escalation alerts, and dashboard accuracyWhy Join SoftArt? &#9679; Lead mission-critical ERP projects across dynamic industries&#9679; Join a smart, focused, and collaborative team with deep NetSuite experience&#9679; Be a key player in high-visibility initiatives, including ERP turnarounds&#9679; Competitive salary, flexible work environment, and career growth opportunitiesJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;1,500,000.00 - &#8377;2,300,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
