As a Stock & Housekeeping Department Manager, you lead a team to ensure the support needs of the store are met throughout the day and new stock is distributed efficiently. You’ll have the opportunity to create a welcoming, clean environment and achieve the operational goals for the store.
 
WHAT YOU’LL DO: 
<ul>
<li>Motivate associates to perform duties efficiently – train, coach and lead by example</li>
<li>Execute all duties of a stock & housekeeping associate and ensure department duties are completed accurately and timely</li>
<li>Assess associate performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of service and store appearance</li>
<li>Ensure all equipment works properly and supplies are available to complete daily tasks</li>
<li>Manage task lists and prioritize requests</li>
<li>Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts</li>
