Job descriptionOur growing commercial division is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Move &amp; Logistics Coordinator to manage commercial relocation projects from start to finish. In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee both move coordination and logistics to ensure projects run seamlessly and clients receive exceptional service. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.Responsibilities<ul><li>Enter and maintain accurate customer data and documentation in CRM systems</li><li>Review sales documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness</li><li>Register and schedule commercial moves and logistics services in CRM systems</li><li>Coordinate all aspects of commercial relocations and logistics from start to finish</li><li>Communicate timelines, updates, and changes to all relevant parties</li><li>Serve as a liaison between internal departments and external partners</li><li>Collect prepayments and COD balances as required</li><li>Prepare billing documentation and collaborate with accounting to generate invoices and secure payment</li><li>Maintain organized project records and ensure compliance with company procedures</li><li>Represent the company in a professional manner</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned</li></ul>Job Requirements<ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proven ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment</li><li>High attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li><li>Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)</li><li>Willingness to cross-train and support multiple operational functions</li><li>Must pass background check and drug screening</li><li>Ability to commute to Savage, MD at least once per week</li></ul>Education/Experience<ul><li>High School Diploma or GED required</li><li>Minimum 2 years of customer service experience required</li><li>At least 1 year of moving, logistics, transportation, or related industry experience preferred</li></ul>New hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period.Commensurate with experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: From $21.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>customer service : 2 years (Required)</li><li>moving, logistics, transportation, or related industry: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Bel Air, MD 21014 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
