Requirements:

Social Media Marketing Specialist

<div>Purpose of Position 
The key purpose of this position to develop and establish a robust category management process and plan for assigned categories of Engineered Components with the goal of reducing revenue risk for Vontier Opcos associated with these categories of parts and achieving OMX cost saving initiative. This role will help advance the overall Global Category Management (GCM) initiatives in VNT as we transform from facility-based sourcing to a more globally leveraged and optimized approach. This category is a key enabler to combine the &ldquo;Simplification&rdquo; efforts together with &ldquo;GCM&rdquo;.<div> 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>Ownership of Category Strategy Plan Process for Specific focused Categories assigned. Highest focus placed on assurance of supply and saving initiatives.</li><li>Develop strategic &amp; financial plans related to assigned categories.</li><li>Have an established network and relationship with market suppliers in the Engineered Products</li><li>Manage the benchmark components cost tool where we could benchmark the actual cost that our Engineered products is paying vs market std cost and identify cost saving opportunity</li><li>Develop and implement &ldquo;best-in-class&rdquo; supply chain processes and procedures.</li><li>Provide coaching, mentoring and support to Opcos relevant Category team members.</li><li>Champion Category Core Team Initiatives Throughout Vontier</li><li>Influence Engineering component selection during the design phase and manage through VAVE and Should cost tools</li><li>Develop and drive implementation of Vontier &lsquo;Preferred&rsquo; Suppliers Across the Enterprise</li><li>Actively Participate in Preparation and Executing Corporate-Wide Sourcing Events</li><li>Consider global and regional product and service needs in strategy development; consider current and future needs in strategy development.</li><li>Ability to think globally but even taking in consideration that some manufacturers are still having a strong regional organization</li><li>Leverage price/Inventory agreement with manufacturer/distributor for all Vontier Opcos spend</li></ul></div><div>

Senior Manager - Global Category Leader

REPORTING TO: Accounting Manager
LOCATION: Cairo, Egypt.
PURPOSE OF POSITION:
The Financial Accountant is responsible for the financial accounting activities for the MENA region and supports the Accounting Manager in ensuring the accurate and timely production of financial reporting.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li> Process accounting transactions such as payroll processing, account reconciliations, account receivables, account</li><li> payables, revenue, expenditure, etc.</li><li> Determine accounting errors or discrepancies and suggest necessary corrective action.</li><li> Maintain accurate accounting records</li><li> Assist in account receivables and payables activities.</li><li> Respond to accounting related questions and inquiries from employees.</li><li> Ensure financial records comply with company policies and accounting principles.</li><li> Perform month end closing activities such as account reconciliation, revenue accounting, expense accounting, etc.</li><li> Prepare finance reports required for team meetings or as requested by management and customers.</li><li> Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li> Review all financial reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.</li><li> Support preparation and collection of data for input into annual budget, forecast and projections.</li><li> Assist in preparing necessary documentation for annual financial audits.</li><li> Liaise with Tax Authorities and other statutory and regulatory bodies.</li><li> Daily Inventory subledger or detailed schedule reconciled to the GL and Monthly COGS calculation.</li><li> Periodic verification of fixed assets performed to ensure the item in the FA subledger have not been disposed of or</li><li> out of service and still in use and appropriately valued.</li><li> Prepare monthly Intercompany invoices and reconcile month end balances with regions.</li></ul>

Associate Digital Marketing

<div>1. Secretarial: 
i. Conducting/Documenting for Board Meetings/CSR Committee Meetings/Annual General Meetings/Shareholder metings alongwith documentation for circular resolutions in accordance with the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules &amp; regulations thereof. 
ii. Maintaining &amp; updating all the statutory registers/records etc. 
iii. Ensuring abidance with event based &amp; annual secretarial compliances. 
2. Legal: 
i. Drafting &amp; vetting of legal-commercial documentation for the Company including commercial agreements, NDA&rsquo;s, MOU&rsquo;s, claim letters 
ii. Responsible for keeping stakeholders aware and informed of obligations in these arrangements 
iii. Also enabling the finalization of company&rsquo;s policies/terms &amp; conditions; replies to notices/orders/letters from Customers; replies to statutory letters etc. 
3. Legal advisory: 
i. Works as an advisor to the Board by suggesting the role and power of the Board and Directors of the Company &ndash; the boundaries defined under Companies Act, Articles-Memorandum 
ii. Present to Board, Corporate, Company management and cross functional teams impact assessment of regulatory changes 
iii. Will be the legal advisor of the Company including during litigation/court matters by advising on the company&rsquo;s rights and obligations, by taking the deep subject knowledge from the experts/outside advisors. 
4. Other acts: 
i. Responsible for compliance and reporting under FEMA and RBI mandated requirements. 
ii. Key partnering in ensuring compliance of the Company as per Delegation of Authority &ndash; local, global and statutory. 
iii. Additional responsibilities include monitoring Bank Guarantee and similar requirements including new to surrender and controlling the open risk to the Company from the same. 
iv. The role looks after treasury and is involved in active liasing with banks for various funded and non-funded facilities of the Company
5. Compliance management: 
i. Responsible for overall compliance environment of the Company 
ii. Adherence to relevant laws and regulations, as well as company internal policies and procedures 
iii. Ownership of Compliance Management Tool. 
iv. Oversee the maintenance of statutory records of the Company like statutory registrations and renewals, statutory compliance records and registers 
6. Others: 
i. Responsible for the application, tracking the progress and renewal of all IP, Trademark and Copyright related filings including coordinating with the third- party administrators. 
ii. Responsible for directing the Company&rsquo;s strategic approach in its CSR initiatives 
iii. Responsible for coordinating with the Legal and Secretarial team at the Group Corporate level and ensuring strict implementation of the International Subsidiaries Policy.
