</p></div><div><p>The Sales Enablement Analyst will serve as a critical bridge between our Growth team and other key teams within the organization ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies while coordinating key projects with other departments. This role combines analytical rigor with operational excellence to support our growing sales organization.</p></div><div><br>

</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Essential Functions:</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Sales Process &amp; Analytics</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Design, implement, document, and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and methodologies</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Develop and maintain sales performance dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking systems</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Conduct territory analysis, quota tracking, and sales forecasting</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with data-driven insights</p>
</li>
</ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li><p>Plan for and facilitate weekly team meetings for the Growth team, setting the agenda, coordinating on key topics with team members</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>CRM &amp; Technology Management</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Administer and optimize Salesforce as well as other key software tools that the Growth team uses</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across all sales systems</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Implement and manage sales enablement tools and technologies</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Provide training and support to sales team on system usage and best practices</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Integrate sales tools with marketing automation and other business systems</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Manage the RFP process and the data based on the most recent and preferred answers</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Sales Support &amp; Enablement</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>In collaboration with Marketing, maintain sales collateral, proposals, and presentation materials</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Support lead qualification, opportunity management, and pipeline development</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and other sales events</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Facilitate onboarding and training programs for new sales team members</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Manage sales compensation plans and commission calculations</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Aid in contracting process, maintaining templates, engaging appropriate internal stakeholders for resolution, etc.</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Cross-functional Collaboration</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Partner with marketing on lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and attribution</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, forecasting, and budgeting</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Work with product teams to communicate market feedback and feature requests</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Support customer success initiatives and account expansion efforts</p></li></ul><br>

</div>
<div><ul><li><p>Required:</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>3-5 years of experience in sales enablement or analytics</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience in healthcare</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Proven track record with CRM systems (Salesforce certification a plus)</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Advanced proficiency in Excel</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot)</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Familiarity with business intelligence and analytics tools</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Understanding of healthcare industry regulations and compliance requirements</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Knowledge of healthcare sales cycles, stakeholder dynamics, and decision-making processes</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Familiarity with healthcare reimbursement models and value-based care</p>
</li>
</ul></div><div><ul><li><p>Experience with healthcare data privacy and security requirements</p>
