The ideal candidate should have a foundation in computer hardware and IT systems, preferably with an ITI certification in Computer &amp; Hardware.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage and maintain SAP B1 system operations.</li><li>Support IT infrastructure, including hardware and software troubleshooting.</li><li>Assist in user management, data entry, and report generation in SAP B1.</li><li>Provide technical support to employees on IT-related issues.</li><li>Ensure system security, backups, and performance optimization.</li><li>Work closely with IT teams and vendors for system upgrades and troubleshooting.</li></ul>Required Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Educational Background: ITI (Computer &amp; Hardware) or a related IT field.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support and SAP B1.</li><li>Strong knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and system troubleshooting.</li><li>Familiarity with SAP Business One (SAP B1) is a plus.</li><li>Good problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary (&#8377;20,000 &ndash; &#8377;35,000 NTH).</li><li>Growth opportunities in SAP &amp; IT Administration.</li><li>Exposure to ERP systems and enterprise IT solutions.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;300,000.00 - &#8377;420,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
