The ideal candidate will assist in managing regulatory filings, compliance documentation, and coordination with government bodies such as DoT, Saral Sanchar, TRAI, Trusted Telecom Portal, and TERM Cells. This role demands a strong understanding of telecom licensing structures, compliance checklists, and legal documentation.Key Responsibilities:Regulatory Compliance &amp; Filings<ul><li>Maintain and update compliance checklists for UL, VNO, and ISP licenses.</li><li>Assist in preparation and timely submission of:</li><li>AGR &amp; License Fee reports (Monthly)</li><li>QoS, EMR, Network Rollout reports (Quarterly)</li><li>Subscriber Base Certificate, CAF Audit Report (Annually)</li><li>Event-based filings (e.g., Bank Guarantee renewals, service launches)</li><li>Support in AGR calculations and license fee/SUC payments.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Audit ReadinessLegal Coordination &amp; Communication<ul><li>Draft and prepare replies to DoT/TRAI/TERM Cell notices.</li><li>Assist in coordination with TRAI, TERM Cells, and LSA units.</li><li>Track policy amendments and regulatory updates (UL amendments, TRAI recommendations, AGR judgments).</li></ul>Security &amp; Lawful Interception<ul><li>Support provisioning and documentation for LI systems.</li><li>Ensure compliance with data retention norms and SACFA/EMF guidelines.</li><li>Coordinate with OEMs/LEAs for lawful interception systems.</li></ul>VNO-Specific Compliance<ul><li>Maintain agreements with NSOs and document responsibility demarcations.</li><li>Ensure backend infrastructure coordination with NSO/MSO/TSPs.</li><li>File agreements and compliance documents with DoT as required.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In personApplication Deadline: 25/09/2025
