As we continue to expand our presence in Europe, we are looking for a Field Application Engineer to join our growing team. This is a highly impactful, customer-facing role at the intersection of technical expertise, customer success, and sales support.</p><b><br>
Job Description</b><br>
<ul><li>
Deliver technical training, product demonstrations, and onboarding for dealers and integration partners</li><li>
Support field deployments, including pilot programs and high-profile installations</li><li>
Configure and troubleshoot integrations between Reconeyez&rsquo;s cloud platform and third-party systems</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across hardware connectivity, and software</li><li>
Act as a technical escalation point and coordinate with internal teams</li><li>
Partner with Sales to support pre-sales activities and customer presentations</li><li>
Provide hands-on support when required while guiding partners</li><li>
Gather and communicate customer feedback to Product and Engineering</li><li>
Maintain documentation in Pipedrive and Atlassian tools</li><li>
Travel extensively (~50%) across Europe.</li></ul><br>

Experience with hardware systems and networking</li><li>
Familiarity with VMS or monitoring platforms</li><li>
Experience with integrations and troubleshooting</li><li>
Strong problem-solving and communication skills</li></ul><br>
