</div><p>We are seeking an experienced ERP Project Manager to lead the successful implementation and delivery of ERP solutions, with a strong preference for candidates who have hands-on experience with Odoo ERP. The role requires excellent project management skills, strong communication abilities, and a deep understanding of ERP systems to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with ERP capabilities.</li><li>
Prepare detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation schedules.</li><li>
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, functional, and business) to ensure smooth execution.</li><li>
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure adherence to budgets and deadlines.</li><li>
Manage risks, issues, and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.</li><li>
Conduct user training and ensure proper documentation of project deliverables.</li><li>
Maintain strong customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for project updates.</li><li>
Ensure ERP solutions meet quality standards and support post-implementation stabilization.</li></ul></li></ul><p>
</p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications:</b></h4>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).3&ndash;6 years of experience in ERP project management, with at least 1&ndash;2 years of Odoo ERP implementation experience preferred.Strong understanding of any ERP systems, business processes (Finance, HR, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, etc.).Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).PMP/Prince2 or other project management certifications is a plus.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze, implement, and optimize ERP solutions tailored to meet specific financial requirements.

<p>Financial Requirements Analysis:</p><p>
Work closely with finance teams to comprehensively understand business processes and financial reporting needs.</p><p>

Customize and configure the ERP Finance module to align with unique client requirements.</p><p>
Implement and optimize financial workflows, reporting structures, and automation processes.</p><p>
Implementation and Project Management:</p><p>
Lead the implementation of ERP projects with a focus on the Finance module.</p><p>
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery</p><p>
User Training and Support:</p><p>
Provide end-user training on the Finance module, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.</p><p>
Offer ongoing support to clients, addressing queries and resolving issues related to the Finance module.</p><p>
Integration and Collaboration:</p><p>
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of the Finance module with other modules and external systems.</p><p>
Provide insights on best practices for integrating ERP with third-party financial tools.</p><p>
Data Migration and Validation:</p><p>
Oversee the migration of financial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.</p><p>
Validate and troubleshoot data migration issues, ensuring data integrity.</p><p>
Documentation:</p><p>
Create comprehensive documentation for finance module configurations, customizations, and best practices.</p><p>
Contribute to the development of standardized documentation for the finance consulting team.</p><p>

<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.Proven experience as a Senior ERP Functional Consultant with a focus on the Finance module,Odoo ERP Preferred.In-depth knowledge of financial accounting principles, regulations, and reporting standards.Strong understanding of ERP modules, particularly the Finance module.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both finance professionals and technical stakeholders.Certification in ERP implementation and finance-related certifications are highly desirable.
