Position Overview:</b></div><div></div><div><br>
As a <b>Medical Lab Technician Float (MLT), </b>you will travel to all four clinic locations to support our laboratory teams. In this role, you will perform moderate complexity testing as well as phlebotomy, helping ensure high-quality care across multiple sites.</div><div></div><ul><li><br>
<b>Current MLT </b><b>certification is required. Applicants without an active MLT Certification will not be considered.</b></li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Hourly Range:</b> $24.00 - $29.00 (based on years of relevant experience)</div><div></div><div><b><br>
Responsibilities:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Perform moderately complex testing in a COLA-certified laboratory</li><li>
Conduct testing in chemistry, hematology, urinalysis, coagulation, and limited microbiology</li><li>
Perform phlebotomy and collect/process specimens following appropriate collection procedures</li><li>
Accurately record and report test results in accordance with laboratory policies</li><li>
Collaborate with laboratory staff under the guidance of the Lab Supervisor</li><li>
Follows all safety protocols and maintain compliance with OSHA standards</li><li>
Complete additional duties as assigned</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Qualifications:</b></div><br>
<div></div><ul><li>
Graduate of an accredited MLT (CLT) or MT (CLS) program required</li><li>
ASCP certification required</li><li>
Previous laboratory and clinic experience preferred</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>
Ability to manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Flexibility and willingness to travel between clinic locations</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
