Position OverviewThe Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting the hotel&rsquo;s products and services. This role involves managing sales accounts, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction and successful event execution.The ideal candidate is a dynamic hospitality professional with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, capable of achieving both individual and team sales targets.Key ResponsibilitiesSales &amp; Revenue Generation<ul><li>Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals across all market segments (corporate, leisure, MICE, travel agents, etc.).</li><li>Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and client visits.</li><li>Maintain and grow existing accounts through consistent communication, relationship management, and service excellence.</li><li>Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.</li><li>Negotiate contracts and close sales deals that align with the hotel&rsquo;s pricing strategy and profitability goals.</li></ul>Market Analysis &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.</li><li>Participate in trade shows, networking events, and industry functions to represent the hotel and build brand awareness.</li><li>Work closely with the Revenue and Marketing teams to develop promotional packages, seasonal offers, and targeted campaigns.</li></ul>Client Relationship Management<ul><li>Maintain a comprehensive database of clients and prospects using CRM systems.</li><li>Conduct regular client meetings and site inspections to showcase hotel facilities and services.</li><li>Ensure a seamless transition of client requirements to the operations and banquet teams for successful event execution.</li><li>Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.</li></ul>Reporting &amp; Administration<ul><li>Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports, forecasting, and revenue analysis.</li><li>Track and evaluate performance against targets and provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Ensure all contracts, proposals, and correspondence comply with hotel policies and brand standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 3&ndash;5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably in a similar position within the hospitality industry.</li><li>Strong understanding of hospitality sales processes, market segmentation, and revenue management principles.</li><li>Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite and hotel sales software (e.g., Delphi, Opera PMS, or similar CRM systems).</li></ul>Preferred Skills &amp; Attributes<ul><li>Established network of corporate and travel industry contacts.</li><li>Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.</li><li>Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;35,000.00 - &#8377;40,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Tinsukia, Assam: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Required)</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Master's (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li><li>Hindi (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Maintenance Executive to oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of our facility/equipment/assets. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems, equipment, and infrastructure are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage service schedules and vendors effectively.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.</li><li>Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, or plumbing issues and coordinate timely repairs.</li><li>Maintain and update maintenance logs and service records.</li><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.</li><li>Monitor inventory and order supplies, tools, and spare parts as required.</li><li>Assist in the planning and execution of facility upgrades, refurbishments, or equipment installations.</li><li>Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.</li><li>Report recurring issues and suggest improvements for long-term solutions.</li><li>Support budgeting and cost control for maintenance-related expenditures.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience in maintenance or facility management (2+ years preferred).</li><li>Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.</li><li>Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) is a plus.</li><li>Willingness to be on-call for emergencies or work flexible hours as needed.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Food provided</li></ul>Work Location: In person
