Qualifications<ul><li>B.Com Graduates or M.Com Postgraduates.</li><li>Fresh B.Com / M.Com / BBA / BBM graduates are also eligible to apply.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience in Financial Accounting.</li><li>Proficiency in Zoho and Tally.</li><li>Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.</li></ul>Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Record and reconcile all daily cash and online transactions.</li><li>Maintain detailed records of all purchases, including materials, supplies, and services related to the property.</li><li>Track and record daily, weekly, and monthly expenses for the property.</li><li>Manage the property&rsquo;s petty cash fund, ensuring proper utilization and timely replenishment.</li><li>Prepare and present weekly and monthly financial reports, including income, expenses, and cash flow statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including timely payment of property taxes, service taxes, and other applicable levies.</li><li>Handle statutory compliances such as GST, TDS, and other related regulatory requirements.</li><li>Maintain a detailed ledger of property maintenance costs, utility bills, and other related expenses.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and resolve any billing discrepancies.</li><li>Track property assets such as equipment, furniture, and appliances, and assist in maintaining their depreciation records.</li><li>Implement effective financial controls to minimize risks such as theft, fraud, or misuse of funds.</li><li>Accurately record regular maintenance and repair expenses.</li><li>Assist in preparing and submitting financial documents for audits and tax filings.</li><li>Maintain accurate petty cash records and receipts for all minor expenses.</li><li>Prepare and submit expense reports with complete documentation and necessary approvals.</li><li>Conduct regular inventory audits to minimize wastage and ensure timely restocking based on property requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of guest payments, advance bookings, and refunds (if applicable).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;16,500.00 - &#8377;20,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Leave encashment</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Ability to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
