The ideal candidate will assist in inventory management, staff supervision, logistics coordination, and ensure the efficient and safe handling of goods.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Assist the Warehouse Manager in planning, coordinating, and monitoring warehouse operations. </li><li>Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Maintain up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries. </li><li>Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.</li><li>Supervise and provide training to warehouse staff. </li><li>Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales, logistics) to ensure timely dispatch.</li><li>Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements. </li><li>Handle discrepancies and resolve any warehouse-related issues.</li><li>Ensure equipment maintenance and warehouse cleanliness. </li></ul>Requirements <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven experience (2&ndash;4 years) in warehouse operations or a similar role. </li><li>Strong organizational and leadership skills.</li><li>Working knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS). </li><li>Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and multitask. </li><li>Flexibility to work in shifts if required.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory control systems. </li><li>Familiarity with lean warehousing principles</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;480,000.00 - &#8377;550,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid sick time</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many Years of Experience do you have with Warehouse Management </li><li>Do you have experience with Fashion, FMCG, Retail Industry</li><li>Current location </li><li>Will you be relocate to Jaipur for the job </li><li>Current CTC</li><li>Expected CTC</li><li>How much is your notice period </li></ul>Work Location: In person
