VP Racing is seeking a bold, innovative, and detail-driven Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team at our Corporate Headquarters in San Antonio, TX. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you&rsquo;ll be at the forefront of how the world experiences the VP Racing brand - creating high-impact visuals that embody the speed, precision, and passion behind everything we do.
In this role, you will lead the development of compelling, targeted designs across a wide range of mediums - including web, social media, print, packaging, and digital platforms to support campaigns across both B2B and B2C markets. You&rsquo;ll design for a diverse set of audiences, including performance-driven racers, motorsport fans, distributors, and everyday fuel and automotive enthusiasts. Your work will span multiple product lines and our growing portfolio of subsidiary brands, requiring a strong ability to adapt visuals to align with varying brand voices and market segments.
You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create campaign assets, marketing templates, and engaging visual content that drive brand engagement, strengthen brand identity, and support key business objectives. The ideal candidate brings a strong portfolio of bold, creative work, deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, and the ability to deliver high-quality designs quickly in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Essential Responsibilities Include:</h3><ul><li>
Lead and execute creative projects from concept to final delivery across web, print, packaging, and digital platforms.</li><li>
Develop targeted designs for diverse audiences while ensuring consistent application of brand standards.</li><li>
Own and evolve the visual brand architecture, including packaging and product label strategy.</li><li>
Design a variety of materials including logos, infographics, brochures, event signage, presentations, and web/social media graphics.</li><li>
Guide and coordinate visual strategies for social media, digital campaigns, and web initiatives.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams to define project goals, understand audience needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.</li><li>
Oversee production and printing processes to ensure visual quality and brand fidelity.</li><li>
Provide creative direction and mentorship to internal designers, freelancers, and vendors.</li><li>
Maintain and expand design systems, brand guidelines, and visual templates.</li><li>
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep brand visuals fresh and competitive.</li><li>
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.</li></ul>

Minimum Qualifications:
The ideal candidate must be extremely organized and able to manage the logistics of multiple duties with professionalism and strong communication skills. In addition, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment is critical for success in the role, as are high levels of accuracy, timeliness and dependability. We are looking for someone who can establish and maintain effective working relationships within the organization, work effectively with all levels of employees and management, and assist in providing solutions to challenges that arise. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field and three (3) years of professional graphic design experience AND/OR an equivalent combination of education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.</li><li>
Strong portfolio demonstrates expertise in branding, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).</li><li>
Proven ability to balance creativity with business objectives in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Experience working across B2B and B2C audiences.</li><li>
Strong understanding of print production, packaging design, and digital asset creation.</li></ul>

VP Racing Fuels is seeking a full-time Facility Maintenance Crew Member at multiple levels (Crew I&ndash;IV) to join our high-performing team at our Elmendorf, Texas plant. This hands-on role is essential to the safe, efficient, and high-quality production of our top-tier racing fuels.
As a Facility Maintenance Crew Member (Crew I&ndash;IV), you'll be a vital part of our operations, working across various skilled trades such as mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and welding/fabrication. From routine upkeep to troubleshooting and repairs, your efforts will help ensure our facility, equipment, and grounds run like a well-oiled machine.
This opportunity is ideal for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-conscious professional who takes pride in precision work and thrives in a dynamic team environment. Depending on your skills and experience, you may be placed at a Crew I-IV level, with clear growth pathways available.
In this role, your essential duties and responsibilities consist of the following:<ul><li>
Perform preventative maintenance and repair tasks on production equipment and facility systems.</li><li>
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues across a variety of equipment.</li><li>
Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of plant areas, restrooms, and grounds.</li><li>
Safely operate forklifts, lawn equipment, and small engine tools.</li><li>
Work from SOPs, blueprints, schematics, and maintenance work orders.</li><li>
Support teammates across maintenance levels and act as a mentor if in a Lead role.</li><li>
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues to leadership.</li><li>
Support facility upgrades and special projects as needed.</li></ul>

Crew I &ndash; Entry Level<ul><li>
Basic mechanical knowledge and hand tool usage</li><li>
Willingness to learn electrical, welding, or hydraulic systems</li><li>

Crew II &ndash; Intermediate</h4><ul><li>
Performs unsupervised repairs and identifies parts needed</li><li>
Basic troubleshooting of electrical and mechanical systems</li><li>
Can read basic blueprints and handle light plumbing, welding, and carpentry</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Crew III &ndash; Advanced</h4><ul><li>
Troubleshoots and repairs more complex equipment issues</li><li>
Installs and services new facility equipment</li><li>
Reads and interprets technical manuals and detailed schematics</li><li>
Fabricates parts and helps develop PM/PSM procedures</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader">
Crew IV &ndash; Expert</h4><ul><li>
Proficient in 2+ trades (e.g., electrical + mechanical)</li><li>
Can program VFDs and troubleshoot control voltages (12-24v)</li><li>
Installs/wires new equipment and works without labeled schematics</li><li>
Develops and improves CMMS systems and PMs</li></ul>
