We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant to join our Audit &amp; Assurance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting standards, auditing procedures, and compliance requirements. The role involves conducting statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and other assurance engagements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, execute, and finalize audits in accordance with Indian GAAP, Companies Act, and other applicable standards.</li><li>Conduct statutory audits, tax audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews.</li><li>Ensure audit documentation is prepared in accordance with professional standards.</li><li>Assist in the preparation of financial statements and audit reports.</li><li>Coordinate with clients for audit schedules, documentation, and follow-ups.</li><li>Identify internal control weaknesses and provide recommendations for improvement.</li><li>Keep updated with changes in laws, regulations, and accounting standards.</li><li>Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff and article assistants.</li><li>Support senior auditors/partners in business development .</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;500,000.00 - &#8377;1,000,000.00 per yearWork Location: In person
