Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to manage enquiries, prepare quotations, proforma invoices, follow up with clients, and support the sales team in achieving business targets.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound enquiries, gather complete customer details, and log them in CRM/Excel.  Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices accurately and promptly, follow up with clients.  Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling complementary products.  Research new industries and potential clients, send company introductions and follow up on leads.  Maintain daily and weekly reports on enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.Skills &amp; Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.  Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).  Knowledge of electronics or industrial tools is a plus.  Prior experience in sales support preferred.  Experience with LinkedIn branding and social media content management is an added advantage.Interested candidate can call on +919545055515Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Sales Support Executive

Key Responsibilities 1.
