Service Billing:<ul><li>Prepare and generate accurate service bills for two-wheeler customers.</li><li>Verify spare parts and labor charges before billing.</li><li>Maintain records of daily service invoices.</li><li>Handle cash, card, and digital payments with proper accountability.</li><li>Support service advisors in billing-related queries.</li></ul>Tele-calling:<ul><li>Call existing customers for service reminders and follow-ups.</li><li>Update customers on service offers, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), and promotions.</li><li>Collect feedback from customers after service completion.</li><li>Handle basic customer queries and forward complex issues to the service team.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Qualification: Any Graduate / Diploma.</li><li>Experience: 0&ndash;2 years (Automotive/Two-Wheeler service experience preferred).</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Good communication (Tamil &amp; English).</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, DMS/ERP software).</li><li>Customer handling skills.</li><li>Freshers with good communication can also apply.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: From &#8377;12,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
