Job SummaryWe are hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our Amazon &amp; Flipkart Seller accounts. The ideal candidate should have 1+ year of hands-on experience in marketplace operations, listing optimization, ads management, and sales growth.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations on Amazon Seller Central &amp; Flipkart Seller Hub</li><li>Create, update, and optimize product listings (SEO, keywords, images)</li><li>Launch &amp; manage Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads to boost sales.</li><li>Handle customer queries, returns, feedback, and complaints professionally</li><li>Manage inventory, stock planning, and order processing</li><li>Track account health, performance metrics, and resolve policy issues</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, content, and logistics</li><li>Stay updated with marketplace policies, trends, and algorithm changes</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Minimum 1 year experience with Amazon &amp; Flipkart seller platforms</li><li>Strong knowledge of listing SEO, backend keywords, and ads</li><li>Proven ability to drive sales growth</li><li>Proficient in MS Excel</li><li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to multitask</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
