As the Sales and Marketing Coordinator you will:
<ul><li>Collaborate with Sales, HR, and cross‑functional teams to develop marketing materials and product content.</li>
<li>Create and maintain resources for presentations, digital platforms, print collateral, social media, and internal communications.</li>
<li>Ensure consistent messaging aligned with the organization&rsquo;s mission, values, and brand standards.</li>
<li>Conduct market research and gather insights to support competitive positioning and campaign development.</li>
<li>Review and report marketing campaign performance to leadership.</li>
<li>Manage multi‑channel communication campaigns, including digital, social, print, and direct mail.</li>
<li>Support design requests and creative direction from the Chief Sales Officer, Executive Team, and Sales/Engineering teams.</li>
<li>Lead annual or as‑needed Voice of the Customer campaigns and share results with management.</li>
<li>Serve as the point of contact for public press interactions as needed.</li>
<li>Create and format presentation templates for the Executive Team.</li>
<li>Coordinate company tradeshow participation and logistics.</li>
<li>Maintain and enhance the sales tracking platform (Pipedrive); support reporting and data needs.</li>
<li>Perform additional marketing, communications, and administrative duties as required</li>
</ul>
Job Skills Requirements
<ul>
<li>Proven experience as a Marketing Communications Specialist, Sales &amp; Marketing Coordinator, or similar role.</li>
<li>Familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.</li>
<li>Hands‑on experience with web content management tools (e.g., WordPress).</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite, and Google Workspace.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SEO principles and Google Analytics.</li>
<li>Experience managing marketing campaigns on social media platforms.</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong presentation and organizational skills</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field &mdash; or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
</ul>
Work Environment
<ul>
<li>This position is based onsite at the Milwaukee corporate office.</li>
<li>Regular visits to other VRC locations may be required.</li>
<li>Occasional out‑of‑state travel for tradeshows or work‑related activities</li>
</ul>
