<ul><li>Install, configure, and maintain Linux operating systems and related software and knowledge of Linux operating systems, including Ubuntu, CentOS, or Red Hat.</li><li>Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux-based infrastructure.</li><li>Experience with virtualization technologies, such as VMware or KVM.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Linux-based solutions that meet business needs.</li><li>Implement and maintain security measures to protect Linux systems from unauthorized access and ensure compliance with industry regulations.</li><li>Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures to minimize data loss and maintain business continuity.</li><li>Automate system administrative tasks using scripting languages such as Bash or Python to streamline processes and improve efficiency.</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper system security and data integrity.</li><li>Manage Linux users and client hosts in your realm from one central location with CLI, Web UI or RPC access. Enable Single Sign On authentication.</li><li>Install, configure, and maintain network services, including DNS, and LDAP.</li><li>Collaborate with software developers and system analysts to troubleshoot and resolve software compatibility issues on Linux platforms.</li><li>Evaluate and recommend software upgrades to improve system performance and scalability.</li><li>Proficient in Linux command-line interface (CLI) and shell scripting.</li><li>Familiarity with networking concepts, protocols, and services, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN.</li><li>Knowledge of storage technologies, such as RAID, SAN, and NAS.</li><li>Understanding of security best practices and experience in implementing security measures on Linux systems.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills to effectively communicate technical concepts and solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>Proven work experience as a Linux Administrator or a similar role.</li><li>Strong understanding of server hardware and experience in server management.</li><li>Experience with configuration , such as Ansible or Puppet, Mail Server FTP Server File Server Log Server Repo Server is a plus.</li><li>Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as AWS or Azure, is advantageous.</li><li>Familiarity with monitoring tools like Nagios or Zabbix is a plus.</li><li>Ability to adapt to new technologies and stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Linux administration.</li></ul>Requirement:Education: Bachelors in Computer Science or a related field.Age Limit: 25 to 30Experience:4+ Years as a System Administrator.Skills:First rate written and verbal communication skills.Please share your resume at adeel.ahmed@vrgworld.comJob Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
