Job Description:We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong background in website design and e-commerce templates to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience crafting intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design and optimize UI/UX for websites and e-commerce platforms.</li><li>Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.</li><li>Collaborate with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to implement responsive and effective user interfaces.</li><li>Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.</li><li>Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and brand touchpoints.</li><li>Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.</li><li>Proven experience in designing websites and e-commerce templates (portfolio required).</li><li>Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.</li><li>Strong understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles.</li><li>Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs111,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month
