This role involves active coordination with clients and sales teams and is not a pure accounting position. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with sales team, clients, and suppliers for order processing and executionPrepare LPOs (Local Purchase Orders) for suppliers and follow up for fulfillmentArrange goods and coordinate deliveries, including booking Careem / delivery servicesPrepare customer invoices, maintain proper filing, and update recordsHandle client queries related to billing, delivery, and operationsMaintain regular communication with customers and suppliers regarding delivery schedulesTrack outstanding payments and support the collections processEnter basic accounting data in Tally / ERP systemsMaintain documentation and follow-up status reportsSupport management with operational and accounting reportsResolve day-to-day operational issues efficientlyRequirements &amp; SkillsBasic knowledge of accounting and invoicingExperience or working knowledge of Tally / ERP softwareGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work closely with sales teams, clients, and suppliersWell-organized, proactive, and solution-oriented approachAbility to multitask and meet deadlines.This is an operations-focused role with client coordination; candidates seeking only accounting work should not apply.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
