If you&rsquo;re eager to make a difference and embrace a hands-on, holistic approach to education, we would love to hear from you!What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Deliver engaging lessons in Science, History, or English, aligned with Montessori philosophy to children of grade 1 to 6.</li><li>Introduce new concepts through individual and small group presentations.</li><li>Observe, assess, and maintain daily records of each child's progress.</li><li>Use a variety of strategies to meet students' academic, social, and emotional needs.</li><li>Create a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment.</li><li>Communicate effectively with parents and staff.</li><li>Conduct parent-teacher conferences and share developmental feedback.</li><li>Ensure learning materials are safe, clean, and well-maintained.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support a cohesive school community.</li><li>Contribute actively to the mission, philosophy, and values of the school.</li></ul>Who We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Masters' degree in Science, History, English, or related disciplines.</li><li>B.Ed is preferred but not mandatory</li><li>At least 1 year of classroom experience, preferably in elementary education.</li><li>Freshers are also welcome.</li><li>Montessori Certification is a plus.
